Meet Jiffy, the small but mighty Amazon bag. He’s tough, dependable, and proud of his work — but he sometimes worries that, being small, he won’t deliver anything truly important. As Jiffy begins his journey, he faces bumps, tumbles, and challenges. He’s nearly crushed on the conveyor, lost in the rain, and forgotten on the dock — but each time, a caring hand helps him continue forward. Through those moments, Jiffy learns what we all come to realize: that it takes many unseen acts of care to make something meaningful happen. When Jiffy finally reaches his destination, he discovers his delivery — a small box of nebulizer masks — helps a young boy breathe easier during an asthma attack. That’s when Jiffy understands his true purpose: even the smallest roles can make the biggest difference.
